Looking for a healthy version of Tuna Salad? Here is one with an “adult twist” that is simple and satisfying.
The few simple ingredients are as follows:
1 can chunk white tuna, well drained
1/2 jar marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
optional – pinch of dry mustard, or 2 – 3 drops of dijon mustard
Combine all ingredients and serve on bread if your choice or a bed of lettuce. This also makes a great tuna melt!
